Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I'm Kris! And I've been where your employees are.
I’m not just a facilitator — I used to sit at the desk too. Before becoming a wellness coach, I spent 7 years as a professional engineer, navigating the intense deadlines, burnout, and emotional suppression that so many high-performing professionals silently carry. I know firsthand what stress does to the body — and how much more powerful, creative, and clear we become when we actually feel safe.
I left the corporate world because I wasn’t supported in the ways I needed. So I decided to build that support for others.
Today, I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher, a somatic relationship coach, and a facilitator of body-based healing and transformation. I specialize in helping people reconnect to themselves and each other — through nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and emotional safety.
I bring a grounded, compassionate, trauma-informed approach that makes people feel held, not judged. And yes — I also bring fun. Because healing doesn’t have to be heavy.
