Do I have to be naked?
Of course not - do what feels right. But I highly suggest you move towards nudity if you’re not comfortable there yet. Strip sensually for yourself or do it in your underwear first. Play around with it! Ease into the nudity slowly - take off one extra piece of clothing a day!
I’m not a dancer… will I still be able to do this?
Absolutely! This is about feeling good in your body. No experience needed!
