What is Sex Coaching?
It can sound kind of intimidating but...
I promise it's not!
I won't be standing over your bed critiquing your sex positions. In fact, all of our work is done virtually, with all clothes on.
And yes, it is best to do this alone - without a partner (even if you have one). Because sex is an experience you are having in your body.
Most of the work we all have to do in sex - is all about us. Not about how we relate to another.
My methods include somatic experiencing, parts work, Tantric philosophies, and neuroscience backed coaching techniques. (Plus a little bit more).
It's not talk therapy. It goes deeper that that. Way faster. Way more effectively.
Because sex is done in the body which means we need to be in the body in order to heal. You can't talk your way out of this one.
It has to be felt.
How does it work?

The entire experience is catered to your needs. We create a custom plan based on whatever is blocking you from the sex & relationship(s) of your dreams.
We work together in one weekly 75-minute virtual call, for 12 weeks.
Focusing on the future, we start by figuring out what you desire - and work towards that.
